In vibrant Kentish Town, on a residential street , our house is quiet and peaceful but a 2 minute walk from the main road with lovely shops and restaurants. Another 2 minutes and you're at the tube, a short ride to Central London. There is a dedicated office, a lovely living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a large, light double bedroom and a second room with a pull-out bed as well as a stunning bathroom with a freestanding bath.

Richard’s place was a wonderful airbnb for my family. It was an awesome location, close to the overground and underground and was super well maintained. A few little tricks to getting some things to work but nothing major and Richard was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again…it was a wonderful experience.
Clean and comfortable for our party of 4. Quiet neighborhood but so accessible to many modes of transportation. Enjoyed an easy walk from the flat to Camden Markets. Richard welcomed us with some treats, a nice surprise after a long trip. Esthetic of home was minimalist with a cozy sanctuary feel. Richard was prompt in communication. Would definitely stay there again!
Super schöne Unterkunft in einer netten und ruhigen Hood. Die Betten waren gemütlich und wir haben viele Spots zu Fuß angesteuert. Wenn wir das nächste mal in London sind , gerne wieder!
It is quite a wonderful property. The pics don’t really do it Justice. So comfortable, so friendly. Perhaps instructions related to the TV and the washer and dryer would have been helpful. Having a microwave would have been helpful.
One of our favorite Airbnbs! Comfortable, spacious, and just like the photos. This was a nice place to stay with friends in London. Richard also, very kindly, allowed us to drop our bags first thing when we arrived from our transatlantic flight (such a huge help). Would absolutely stay again.

There is no street parking available but we're a 5 minute walk from Kentish Town Station and a 12 minute walk to Chalk Farm station.
