This is not an Airbnb. This is a Hotel Business that runs probably hundreds of properties and therefore doesn’t respond quickly and did not even supplies checking in information. They were not super helpful and so I had to go through Airbnb support to get the money I was owed.

Master bathroom stank to high hell immediately after first shower. Bedrooms’ AC spread a sewer like smell in the apartment; turned off. Tried sleeping in each bedroom. The smaller one has a mattress that didn’t suit me. Dirty pots including one with mouldy growth. Scratched Teflon pans. Some dirty utensils. Balcony door doesn’t reach far end on the right and with humidity and heat that’s not a trivial thing. In reported smell and the door issue. Repair men walked in with shoes all over the place. They took the lock insert of the door and said they return. Asked me if I’d be there, I told them till when. I wanted for an extra 65 min and they stood me up. Smell was back in a few hours. Parking spot was routinely occupied by a white Audi 4x4. I reported, took photos, left a note. Inconvenience. I came back one day and Internet was gone. I reported it and they said they’d follow up. Plenty of towels, no dish washing fluid, two dish-washing tablets for the machine. No hairdryer.
