Travis was great! House was perfect for our family and friends. Kitchen well equipped and even stocked with some food, snacks and drink. Nice welcome basket! we would definitely book again! PS linens and pillows on bed super soft and comfy!!

We stayed at Travis’s house for the Notre Dame/Ohio State game. What a great place! There were 8 of us and it fit us comfortably. The house was immaculate and beautiful inside! Newly remodeled and everything was fantastic! We have stayed at a lot of AirBNBs in South Bend for ND games and graduation and this was one of our favorites. We loved the 2 full roomy and beautiful bathrooms along with another half bath. The 4 bedrooms had plenty of room with TVs in all of them. Our favorite was the open kitchen/living space. What a perfect space to hang out! We could all sit along the counter or on the couches and loved having the 2 TVs to watch College GameDay! Travis did an amazing job with the little touches. He left an amazing snack basket, stocked fridge with soda, beer, seltzers, and wine. He welcomed us there to see if we had any questions or needed anything else. The kitchen was so fun to cook in because it was spacious and had everything we needed. Also easy walk to ND stadium!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was perfect for what our group needed and helped make a great weekend. The kitchen and living room are perfect for socializing as a group. The house was perfect for the 9 of us and all the beds were very comfy. The house is in a great location if you’re coming for a ND game, it was a 15 minute walk to the stadium.

This is the perfect house for game day!! It was an easy 15 minute walk to the tailgating lots / Eddy street with plenty of room for our 10 guests. The house was so clean and well-stocked, with a nice outdoor area as well (not in the pictures), two enormous TVs in the common areas, and lots of parking space. Travis was very communicative before and during our stay, and even left a welcome gift! We are very excited to book again next season!

This place is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! It’s beautiful & really impressive. The kitchen & gathering area is massive (& gorgeous!!!!) with huge TVs to watch multiple games at once, tons of room to spread out! The rooms are all good size & the beds & bedding are SO COMFY, the bathrooms are all large & gorgeous! The patio is awesome as well, tons of area to gather indoors or outdoors! Accommodations were above and beyond, snacks & beverages we’re waiting for us when we arrived. No details were missed, the home was stocked with everything you could ever need (and more). Location is perfect, we walked to dinner & the ND game. Travis is a great communicator. I highly recommend this home, it will not disappoint!!!!! If I’m lucky enough to make it back to the area, this home will be my first choice! Thanks for the wonderful stay Travis!
