Second time using Ronnie's bnb and just as last time, it was a very good apartment to accommodate everything me and my girlfriend needed for the 2 nights. Highly recommend the place whatever the occasion! Thanks Ronnie and Anne.

I don't recommend the place. Rude, slow, unresponsive, will not accommodate you at all and lazy owner. Unclean and smelly place, Undeclared fees and rules and terrible hosts. 1st time disappointed with the booking. Will not recommend this to anyone.

I did like it here, but there are some things you should know before you book. Positives - Easy to reach from the airport. Even in heavy traffic the trip is quite short. Short trip to BGC. - The unit is comfortable and so is the bed. - WiFi is ~50mbps. - Checkin/out was smooth - Staff were very nice - Host is very responsive. Allowed us to book last minute. Negatives - Airplanes will fly into MNL frequently. The noise overhead is quite noticeable as the planes land. - As other reviewers have mentioned, there are times when the toilet has flushing issues. - The listing mentions a shuttle to BGC but the front desk said there was none. - Ants are common in this climate, but they are quite present on the kitchen counter, table, bathroom. Even when there is no food. - I booked last-minute so this might not always be the case, but there was no toilet paper or anything when we arrived. We left a bunch for the next guests. - Must leave ID with front desk for guest pass.
