Villa Ono is a beautiful villa across a quiet road from the beach and backing onto beautiful rice paddies. The staff were very friendly and Rian our villa manager was super helpful and quickly resolved any problems we had. We found the Mandiri beach location a nice central base to explore the various surf breaks from (mostly on motor bike, but we took cars to Jenny’s) and we were fortunate to have amazing waves at both Ujung Bocur and Jenny’s. Rian also arranged day trips for us to banana island and jungle tubing with local guide Bobi which were both fantastic. For meals the villa was walking distance from Yoi bar/restaurant and Leafies coffee shop, and Nelly our house keeper made an Indonesian cooked meal most days. Even though it was rainy season and the weather forecast looked bad, it was sunny most days with just occasional late afternoon rain. We were two families of 4 travelling together with kids aged 9-17, the villa was perfect for us. Thanks to the whole Mandiri team!

Our stay at Villa Ono was incredible, thanks to the fantastic host and their knowledgeable local team. The property is massive, offering unparalleled privacy, with daily pool cleaning and spacious, ensuite bedrooms. The expansive backyard overlooking rice fields makes you feel like you're in a jungle paradise. Mandiri Beach across the street was a highlight for convenient surf checks, and we enjoyed local and Western dining options nearby. The extras were a pleasant surprise – staff at the gatehouse ensured security, Nelly's thorough cleaning was impeccable, and Rian, the property manager, was always a message away, even handling laundry. The staff went above and beyond, from climbing trees for fresh coconuts to fulfilling local food and scooter rental requests. Indra's cheerful demeanor kept the property in top shape. The kindness, cleanliness, and hospitality were exceptional, and we'd return without hesitation. Highly recommend Krui Villas and Villa Ono for a 5-star experience!
