Door handles metal was coming off, toilet seat don’t fit someone fell in due to it, car parked blocking parking space for best part of two days

Firstly I’m going to say the rooms in the house were lovely, everyone was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were great. However for as much money as I paid I was not expecting to find random things broken such as the bath tub side, the kitchen chair, the wooden shutters, paint on the couch and there was no sugar, not enough plates and bowls for 15-17 people (how much the place can fit) and the worst thing of all We were never told that we would be sharing a driveway/ garden/ gate with random people renting the back house?. How are we suppose to feel safe if random people can get to the back door and or see into the house from the back?. The host consistently ignored my messages and was kind of rude when I sent my deposit accusing me of lying. They ignored what I was messaging them and sometimes refused to answer questions about the check in etc. The house is in a good spot, near Tescos and not far from Sheffield centre but overpriced in my opinion
