Our smart & stylish south facing town house is only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach in Mojacar Playa. With cool marble floors throughout, the living/dining area has wood burner & doors to the garden. There is a good size kitchen with a Nespresso machine, microwave & washing machine. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto private terraces. The toilet & downstairs cloakroom are newly installed. The property comes with a private parking, air conditioning & mosquito screens.

Stayed in Mojacarnunerous times over the last 10years and this accommodation is the cleanest i have ever visited. We are familiar with the area so appreciated there is a sloght walk down o the front.

Wonderful place to stay, stylish and comfortable with a lovely little garden to relax and enjoy the sun.
