Although the room and shared areas are located on a single floor, there are two steps you'll need to navigate to get to the kitchen. Each room has its own thermostat for the heating system. There is no A/C, but we can provide guests portable fans during the summer. Each room has an entry lock with a unique key. We have multiple rooms listed on airbnb. So, there may be other guests staying here with whom you will share bathroom and kitchen area. We also have some long-term tenants.
