It was my first time staying at a guest house and it was a great experience. There is a garage between the guest house and the main house so there is a sense of privacy in that (although the host was not home during my stay). The location is ideal, close enough to Yosemite but also close to restaurants and other stores. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. There is central heating but also a plug in heater which is great to have when staying in cooler weather. Everything was spotless!

A great studio to kick back at. The creek in the backyard was so pretty. Along with the whimsical bird houses. The bed was very comfy and the basic needs supplied. Fellipe was a great host. We hit a snag when some construction near comes by to let us know that the electricity will be out for hours.... Oh, no! The food in the fridge! Fillipe quickly responded, he took full resonsibility of a situation that was not his doing and even refunded me on my food. Thank you so much for caring. Easy access, clean and private studio.

Place is nice in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. We selected this place based on the fact it advertised a hot tub, but when we went to use it, it was set to 75 degrees so it wasn't useable for us. Definitely were disappointed because there were a few other places we could have chosen with hot tubs in the area. Felipe's communication was excellent and I appreciate that he allowed us a late check out. Game room was fun. Beautiful property.
