Very enjoyable place to stay. Very peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch just relaxing on the porch swing. A few cardinals made frequent visits. The hummingbird feeder was a plus! Enjoyed watching them feed. There was even a nest with 3 baby birds to enjoy. The house was great. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure made for a nice shower. House was clean and well stocked for our cooking and grilling needs. Would definitely book here again.

Our group of 9 had a great weekend! There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was incredibly clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at the animals and also walking down to the river that is at the back of the property. Great proximity to campus. It was nice being out in the country and within 15 min be at our tailgate next to Kyle Field. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back next year!

I highly recommend staying here! The house is so clean and was spacious enough for 7 people. The host is genuinely invested in ensuring you have a positive experience. The home is beautiful and the location was lovely! It is secluded but not too far from town. Overall, we loved it and would reserve a stay here again!
