Checkout time is 11am and the housekeeping staff will be there at 11:30am to clean the room for the next guest. Late check out is available UPON REQUEST. If you do extend without my knowledge you will be subject to a $75 late check out fee as there are guests checking in after you. A granted late check out request is normally $50 and subject to availability but again if you do this without my knowledge and stay past 11am on your check out day, you will be subject to a $75 late fee for inconvenience myself, the housekeeping staff and the next guests. Please be mindful of the next guests coming in and the housekeeping staff that needs to clean the room. *CHECK-OUT DAMAGES * Guests may be fined with check out fees if damages around found upon check out.
