Lan's house had some pros and cons. The biggest pro was that it was very spacious for our group of 12. It has a big kitchen, four bedrooms, and plenty of room for all of us to feel like we could get some privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to get to. The big back yard was very peaceful. Some cons include the fact that cleaning crew was still there when we showed up an hour after check in time, and continued to clean through the first hour of our stay. Even then, they missed some big palmetto bugs and other details. I had messaged Lan before our stay to ask how many beds he had and he confirmed 5 queens, which was adequate for our group of 12 if we factored in air mattresses. It turned out there were 2 kings and 3 doubles. Not quite the same, but not the worst misinformation to have given. Overall this house was about half the price of others in the area for a group of our size, and it was definitely a good deal at that price. I would stay again w/ consideration.

The property was exactly as advertised. The property looked just like the pictures, on Airbnb. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house is huge and could accommodate alot of guest at one time, it’s also close to everything, eating, shopping etc.

Lan’s place was great. Comfortable beds, private location and super clean.

The house as very cozy and just what we needed for a trip to Charleston. The home was very clean and the rooms were very cozy. Only suggestion is the bedroom that used to be a garage needs some blinds on all the windows. We had to cover with pillows and a towel for privacy.
