Great home in a nice neighborhood!

Kevin's place is a shared part of the lower level of his home. The guest suite was immaculately clean, with an entrance through the extremely tidy garage. Linens, pillows, and bed comforter on the mattress of the king size beautifully framed bed were the most comfortable of my life. Like sinking into a love marshmallow. The bathroom had a strong, abundant hot water supply with shampoo and cream rinse provided. The bath towels were again, so thick and soft, I took down the name so I could try to buy some for my own Airbnb. Kevin is going for high quality here and the comfort of his guest suite shows it! Coffee and tea were offered in a self serve area near the washer and dryer of which you have full use. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable and convenient stay near the Valdez ferry terminal, this is your spot! Thank you Kevin!

Instructions for entry provided were clearly stated. I arrived very late. Kevin provided continued acknowledgment and I had zero problems with access. Outside entry is through a garage. Most notable, on the way through, the garage floor had a non skid cement floor coating that was spotless, meticulously arranged, with no unnecessary clutter. A good sign, as this proved to carry through to the accommodations. I found everything to be very clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. This lower floor room met my requirements perfectly for my stay. The location was close in, yet also enough away from a busy downtown area to be quietly unaffected. I was allowed my personal space to come and go as needed. Thanks to Kevin for providing this space during my 2 day stay.
