The exterior has been freshly painted and the outdoor areas landscaped, while inside we've gone for a full renovation to try and create a stylish, modern feel. Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating throughout the flat, newly insulated walls and new double-glazed windows for extra comfort. As you arrive, a steep private driveway leads to two parking spaces, with ours located on the right nearest the flat. Upon entering the front door, you will find yourself in a spacious and bright kitchen/diner, complete with a large round table that comfortably seats up to six people. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space for all your cooking needs. Both the master bedroom and lounge are equally spacious and feature a charming bay window with views of the front garden and the surrounding area. The master bedroom is a spacious and peaceful retreat, furnished with a king size bed featuring under bed storage drawers, wardrobe, a vanity table, and a comfortable chair. The lounge is another comfortable space, equipped with a large 3-seater sofa, a chesterfield armchair, a modern armchair and a 43" television. Additionally, the lounge features an extra-fast 80mb Fibre Broadband hub. The second bedroom may be a bit snug, but it still provides a double bed with under bed storage drawers and chest of drawers for storing clothes. It may be tight for two adults so please bear that in mind before booking. Lastly, the bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a rainfall-style showerhead, and the underfloor heating on the tiled floor adds a touch of luxury. Note: The driveway surface is awaiting works and will be re-tarmaced in the coming year. We apologise in advance for the poor state, although perfectly functional, its not the most attractive or easiest to drive up. Check the photos for a better idea.
