The adjoining full master bath provides a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more. No need to pack it all. In the guest room, you have your choice of a king bed or two twins. Just let us know your preference. It also has a streaming TV and plenty of closet space. A second bathroom is just outside the guest room and is supplied like the master bath. The open planned living area has a high end queen sleeper sofa, 65" inch smart TV and stylish seating for 6. With new LVP, paint and bathroom counters, the condo is beautifully updated and inviting. Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere. The Rec Area/hot tub is open year round, but the HOA does stop heating the POOL during the coldest months of the year. Our location is 1/2 mile from the Wolf Creek Golf Course and very close to many other world class courses. The Eureka and Virgin River Casinos, Smith's grocery, and many local eats are about a mile away. Just a bit further down the road is the Mesquite Recreational Center with its newly built pickle ball courts, full workout facilities, and indoor and outdoor pools. There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon.
