We had a great 4 night stay at casaporto it was very central and had lots of lovely restaurants near by. Monica the host made several good recommendations for where to go and eat in the evenings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh and clean as soon as you walked through the door.

Dejligt og centralt placeret i den gamle bydel. Lejligheden er en 1 værelset med indbygget køkken og wc/bad. Fin stand. Madras og seng var i god stand og god at sove på, men hovedpuderne kunne være bedre.1 Meget pæn indvendig renoveret ejendom. Der er dårlig lydisolering i dør til trappe, hvilket forklare deres fokus på at gæsterne ikke støjer. Vi havde et godt ophold. Bortset fra at størrelsen på lejligheden var mindre end billederne gav indtryk af, så var var overordnet som vi forventede der

Nestled in a narrow street just ten minutes or so from the Sao Bento railway station, this compact apartment suited all of our needs for our five night stay in Porto. What a great job of converting a very old blacksmith shop into a comfortable and bright living space. Mónica is a great host and very proactive with communications to make our arrival and departure very easy. This is a keyless entry residence and the codes were provided to us well before we arrived. The space is small, but as described and well appointed with furnishings. Very comfortable. Being on a small busy street there is noise from the local area, but they tend to respect a 10:00 PM limit so the nights are quiet. The location is very close to the historical centre of Porto with much to see and do. There are so many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The bathroom area is a bit cramped for someone 6’ 3” (1.9m) but it quiet workable. Overall a splendid choice location for a short stay in Porto
