This cabin is a little slice of heaven! We really enjoyed walking amongst all the innovative artwork that they've made using invasive species on the land. We stayed over a rainy winter weekend, and it was the perfect spot for curling up with a book by the fireplace and watching the rain through their big windows looking out over the fynbos and trees. It was incredibly quiet and private, very well kitted out, clean and the bed was a DREAM to sleep in! Kathleen was very responsive, friendly and helpful. They have yoga mats, coffee/tea, a speaker, and everything you might need in the kitchen. Highly recommend the Pepper Tree Cafe for breakfast/brunch, and the little village of Philadelphia to check out their boutique shops. Great spot for groups who book out each accommodation on Kathleen's land together - a place you can be together while in privacy, with braais, outdoor showers/tubs, great walks around the property, and communal chilling areas. We'll DEFINITELY be back with friends!

Great place for people who like something special and different then all the hotels we already know… off the grid, selfbuild by the owners, so amazing. I was not feeling well but Kathleen and Abby were so helpful and loving, I felt very welcome and so did my partner, thanks again ladies <3
