Daniel was a great host! He provided clear instruction on entry and how to find the place. Parking onsite was a plus. Daniel provided a manual that had useful information. The apartment was in a great location. The apartment was just as described. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

The Apartment is very nice. Had all the amenities. I liked the lights. Apartment was nicely lit. Had parking . Furnitures and utilities are well thought and planned. Stay was nice and cozy.

I only write good reviews, because hosts normally do try to fix what is wrong, and often things I don't like are due to personal taste & preference. This apartment block was great, I loved the exterior locking door, the well lit parking lot, the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to work and Hot Yoga Renton (my main entertainment when I'm in town for business.) I hope to stay here again!

Thanks for a great stay for the last few month. Nothing but great things to say about Daniel and his place. Affordable, clean, as described. Daniel was very responsive and very accommodating. I would recommend for short or long stays!
