The pros and cons: PROS: the GPS would not take us to the place but our host was most helpful as she came to us and led the way there. It is clean. It is also very quiet. The water pressure is good. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner works well. Good communication. CONS: Amenities are not correct. here are the essential things that are missing. Kitchen: there are no pots and pans but only one frying pan, that is all. The stove did not work. It would come on and then go off over and over. It never got hot enough to warm a tortilla. There was no hot water kettle as mentioned. No trash can. No dishcloth or sponge for cleaning dishes. No towel to dry dishes or hands..only 2 dishes, 2 bowls, 2 cups, eating utensils, spatula but nothing else. If you plan to cook you will not be able to. The kitchen chairs are stained/dirty. There is no fire pit. There is no Roku because you need the internet for that. Absolutely no grass or enclosed yard but someday there may be as the place is still under construction. In reading the reviews before staying, one reviewer said the bathtub was nice but there is not a bathtub and that review is not there now, which is strange. It is also interesting to note that 3 out of 7 reviewers left multiple reviews in the same month and they all gave 5 stars. More than likely these are not real reviews but an effort to give the place a good reputation since it is brand new. Even the handles on the kitchen cabinets still had plastic wrap on them. Once the amenities are fixed and the kitchen is put in order it will be a nicer place. We wish the hosts well and good luck with their listing.
