Great little place (Unit 3) that was well appointed with kitchen needs and bedding. Pretty surroundings and walkable to the main Street restaurants, shops and bars. Huge TV!

We overall enjoyed our stay at Yong’s place. The apartment was perfect for two people, the bathroom and kitchen were clean and well stocked. We were only given two towels for our 3 night stay, but we found extras stored in the laundry room. The mattress was a bit too firm but fine nonetheless. I am a light sleeper, and the walls of this apartment are very thin, so I was kept up at night and woken up early by the neighbors in the apartment next door all three nights that we stayed. Overall, this is a beautiful apartment. The price for three nights was great, the easy access to downtown Grimsby and Bruce Trail was very convenient, and we felt safe here. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to explore the area!

We’re very familiar with the area, having lived there till 2012 - we visit friends regularly. We liked everything, including the fair price. We would make a couple of suggestions - hooks in the bathroom for hanging fresh clothes or damp towels. Also, we felt that advertising a fenced yard implies a closed area, which this was not. Of note, the back left sofa leg needs to be screwed in - we adjusted it on arrival and had to do again. This rental is perfect for a couple, well fitted and within easy walking distance to town, eateries and trails. It is clean and modern, and surprisingly quiet. We would recommend (and did to several local friends who have visitors) and also book again. Thanks for a great stay! Linda, Gary and pooch Seamus
