We booked this place on the spot at the bus terminal when we arrived to Arequipa and we don’t regret the stay one bit. Right in the central location there were tons to do and we were even able to stop in the middle of the day to freshen up and etc. Furthermore, it felt safe despite the busy-ness and hustle bustle of the town outside the apartment. The hosts were all responsive, kind, and patient. They even cleaned up the apartment within 2 hours so we can check-in early and freshen up. Before that they allowed us to keep our suitcases so we can walk around while we wait for the apartment to get clean. We accidentally brought the keys with us to the airport upon check out and again Jeferson was so kind he quickly helped us find a solution to get his keys back. I couldn’t recommend this place more! I know there are some reviews that talk about feeling confined and not being able to open windows? It really wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely return for another stay!

Great place in a fantastic location. Short walk to the Plaza. Felt safe and secure. Jeferson was SO helpful with recommendations and very flexible. We got in very early so he let us drop our bags and texted as soon as the apartment was ready. Had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again!

El lugar está bastante bien ubicado, hay muchas cosas que hacer alrededor y todo a distancia caminando. El lugar es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia.
