In a newly developed area, next to nature and 15 min walk from the Mall and other facilities, and If you are by car or taxi, the center and fortress are not more than 10 min away either. For those who are coming for a medical treatment we are in close proximity (3 min by car) of the Hyperbar Clinic. The apartment has been newly built. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electronics that youd need during your stay. Coffee is on the house! The freshly built apartment has a full fledged kitchen equipped with microwave, electric stove, fridge and washing machine. The living area has a table and 4 designer chairs to fit your working and dining needs. The sleeping area in the cozy bedroom is fitted with a 140cm bed which fits 2 ppl, overlooking the forest. We have placed an extendable sofa in the living room in case you want to brings your friends over as well ( fits 2 ppl ). The bathroom will fit all your needs ,it comes with a wide shower, a sink and a toilet. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shower gel, toilet paper, hair dryer, hand soap, all the necessities we could think of. It is within walking distance from Kaufland/Lidl, a very good Italian restaurant - Osteria del Dottore. And lets not forget our new Mall ( approx. 15min distance ). If your are visiting to our small boutique style city for medical reasons, we are places 3 min drive away from the Hyperbaric Medicine Clinic. For smoking guest, we have a nice and comfortable sitting set on the balcony where they can enjoy the view along with a cigarette and a coffee on the house ( however not in the apartment ). Parking is available on the streets near the apartment.
