There is clothes storage in the unit under the TV and hanging in the corridor. • There is a utility area with a washing machine, clothes dryer, Iron, Ironing board, Vacuum and cleaning products. • There is free off-street parking in the Apartment's private carport behind the building, accessed from Passage des Charmes. • 2 locked Caves store up to 5 bicycles, Skis & boots or hiking equipment. You will be close to all the amenities Luchon offers in this centrally-located, comfortable Apartment. The park and Luchon Thermal baths are across the road, the ski gondola 500m from the front door and the restaurants, shops and cinema are only 3 minutes away on Allée D'Etigny (Luchon's High Street).
