Great apartment. Extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped. Elena, the housekeeper doesn’t speak a word of English but tried her best to use Google translate to check us in. Had some issues with the pool due to previous visitors messing with the thermostat but Nikolas was amazingly responsive and had a technician out in less than 24 hours. He was also kind enough to refund us the pool “heating” payment. Supermarket is literally next door and visible from the apartment but not noisy at all. Super helpful and very convenient. I messaged Nikolas privately about some “recommendations” and things he could do to improve the stay ever so slightly and he was very welcoming and responsive of those recommendations. Nikolas also kindly recommend the taxi driver, Leonid for our airport transfers and he was lovey and punctual. Will definitely stay again and tell all our friends about this amazing little place. Great place Good location right next to a good supermarket close to the beach restaurants bars and bus stops lovely clean place helpful host and house keeper lovely little pool Good cupboard space for bedrooms Good kitchen facilities

Nikolas was nice in answering all my queries about the house and especially the pool. The property manager Elena was very friendly and helpful as well! The pool was very nice in the house and heating it during the colder times was worth the extra cost! The house itself had all the amenities listed. The heating/ac units in the bedrooms and living room were nice to have. Kitchen had all necessary items. Some maintenance might be good in some parts of the house but overall we had a good stay.

hébergement correspondant à la description, confortable et bien équipé. juste à côté du supermarche très bien achalandé. literie très confortable piscine moins grande que l'impression donnée par la photo. plage et restaurants proches. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

La estancia ha sido genial , la casa es perfecta , muy bonita , con mucho servicio ,en un barrio tranquilo y a 100 metros de la playa,la piscina es preciosa y la decoración está muy bien ,muy limpia y lo mejor de todo poder estar allí con nuestro perro , sin duda merece la pena
