Mary always responds very quickly and the place is always perfect. I have stayed there twice and will return again. No need to find another place it's perfect.

Mary’s place was so nice! Very clean, well furnished, and decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed to cook meals and even a nice variety of spices and seasonings and other pantry staples. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is easy to find. Location is superb. just outside the hustle and bustle of Bentonville, but only 10 minutes to downtown, crystal bridges, the amazeum, and other attractions. I highly recommend taking the back way into town down punkin hollow and peach orchard roads. The house was great all by itself, but the stand out feature for us was the screened in patio. That’s where we spent the majority of our time when at the house. This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway, but could have easily served as base camp for a longer stay. With all the attention to detail, Mary’s place doesn’t feel like a rental but more like staying at a family members home. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here!! Everything was exactly as described and pictured. There were thoughtful touches all throughout the house, extra chargers, snacks, binoculars for bird watching, coffee, etc. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

My wife, son and I were in town for a family birthday celebration. This home was a perfect location for us. We found it to be immaculately clean and with many amenities we were not expecting— enclosed back patio, wonderful coffee bar and provided snacks were just a few. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in town.

Our stay at Bella vista was great! The house was pretty clean! There were snacks left out when we got there and a cool coffee setup!  the backyard was fun and the place felt very welcoming! Great place!
