I’ve been travelling to Mumbai since 1990 and stayed in a LOT of different places from friends houses to five star hotels. This is the only place I have stayed that felt like home and the only place where I woke up to a dawn chorus of bird song every morning! I didn’t think that was even a possibility! The view really is to die for and it made a great space for the creative work I was doing while I was there. Everyone was able to feel comfortable and the ideas flowed! And walking up those stairs is great way to get the exercises one often lacks in Mumbai - although with Carter Road and Bandstand right there you can do good morning and evening walks. Great host and special special place

L’appartement de Sunaina se situe dans un petit quartier de Bandra plein de charme, sensation de village et vue effectivement imprenable sur la mer, ce qui est assez rare à Mumbai. À mon arrivée Sunaina était absente et l’appartement était tenu par sa made. Je l’ai trouvé en état très moyen, pour le prix payé. Il nécessite une remise à niveau. Beaucoup de taches sur les assises et tapis, serviettes, oreillers avec moisissures, ustensiles de cuisines en mauvais état et sales… le lit n’était pas fait, et les draps pas frais. j’ai tout de suite prévenue Sunaina qui s’ai empressée de rappeler sa made pour nettoyer ce qu’elle pouvait. D’ailleurs elle vient tous les jours pour les petites taches tel que la vaisselle et le balais. A part cela, l’appartement est agréable à vivre, et Sunaina très réactive depuis Goa. Je recommande vivement la location de cette adresse si remise en état, car Chimbai village et la vue depuis le salon et la chambre sont vraiment très agréables.

Sunaina is a lovely host who was very communicative and responsive. Lots of conveniences like laundry, lots of sunshine, cute rooms, big closets. There are some quirks to the place like learning how to turn on the hot water and water pressure. But once Sunaina explained everything, the showers were great. We had been traveling for two weeks, and it was a real treat to finally have two bathrooms for our group of four women. She was great about delivering anything we needed such as extra towels, etc. Because places in Mumbai can get dusty, she also offered daily cleaning service, which was really helpful. Her assistant Rubina was lovely - just use G-Translate to communicate. She even arranged for help with all our bags down the five flights of stairs. The property is in a really convenient location - equidistant from Juhu or Colaba - and some lovely leafy streets are a few blocks away. Another lovely memory is the cute cafe across the street, where every day we had our morning lattes.
