No complaints at all. Jason was very friendly and communicated everything I needed to know without me having to ask any questions at all. Cookies and welcome sign was a great to see. Reason for my visit was to go to my son's BMT graduation, very short distance to the base. Essential amenities were available if needed. Pictures are accurate, home was quiet, peaceful, and secure. Thank you for making my first Airbnb experience smooth and pleasurable for myself and family!

Jason went above and beyond for us. The house was nice, clean, and easy to find. Big rooms, good layout, and space for all 7 of us.His communication was always quick and easy to get a hold of him. We had a couple of last-minute issues with having more people stay with us than we planned. Jason took care of it right away and supplied us with an extra bed. Our second day into our third day there we had a major accident. My dogs had to go outside right at 1am. During that time, he got sprayed by a shunk. That was the worst smell in my life. Long story short, we communicated with Jason about the incident, and he took care of it and gave us solutions and advice on how we could get rid of the smell. We were doing a deep clean of the house, but the smell was still there. Jason had to get an ozone air purifier machine to get rid of the smell. We had to pay for that, of course, but he absorbed 90% of the cost, and I am extremely grateful for that. He made our time in San Antonio the best. I kno

Drove out to San Antonio to see some family and the eclipse. Jason was really pro active and provided detailed information to us. The house was neat and tidy and everything is labeled for your convenience. Really good experience and would definitely stay there again.
