Great location!
Very clean and beautiful apartment. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely book this apartment again.
Michael’s place was great! It was very clean and spacious. The location was great! There are lots of places to hangout and it’s about a 10 minuet drive to the beach. We would definitely stay again.
This 5 star apartment has been my "go to" place when visiting the Melbourne, FL area. Michael and Michelle are excellent hosts! It is conveniently located in downtown Melbourne within a block from great shopping and restaurants. Bring or rent a bicycle, golf clubs, tennis raquets and swim suit for an active stay! Within biking distance to Florida Tech and a great place to stay for alumni and parents of students. Private parking in rear. It has all of the amenities of home!
Recently remodeled apartment with lots of amenities. Super location close to downtown shopping and dining. Quiet and comfortable! Very nice!

My partner and I work at a Physicians practice at the office below the apartments. We reside close by. We both also travel and stay at Airbnb hosting places. One of our favorites is St Augustine, FL. We love animals but do not allow them in the apartments. We have children who do not live with us. I enjoy theater, live entertainment, and sports. We have a standby repair friend who is on call to rescue any issues that an Airbnb user may have staying at our place. This works out well for everyone. Have a wonderful stay in our beautiful place.
