欢迎来到我位于南港的房子，享有宁静的绿色景观。 我在这栋房子里住了10多年，非常喜欢尽可能地维护它。 步行10分钟即可抵达电车站，开车- 5分钟即可抵达商店， 8分钟即可抵达冲浪者天堂（ Surfers Paradise ）。 公交车停在门口。 请在预订时仔细阅读房源信息，包括入住须知，选择正确的房客人数 不适合12岁以下儿童入住 请注意，我住在这里，喜欢良好的氛围:)我会保持房源干净整洁，并喜欢在可能的情况下进行社交 这是我家的一个独立房间。我是房东，我们将共用公共区域。 另一个房间也可能有1或2位房客入住 房间配有双人床、书桌、吊扇、灯具、椅子和镜面衣柜。

Annabelle lives there & was very welcoming. She was also very considerate with noise; realising she was a bit loud on a call late at night, and immediately quietened down. I rarely knew if she was there or not as I came & went.

Annabelle is a super friendly host and accommodating. The only slight issue I had was that the room got really hot, there’s no AC but that is shown in the description anyway so not a fault of Annabelle’s.
Annabelle was a kind host. Instructions were clear. The neighbourhood is calm but quite far away from the city centre (takes around 45 mins to get to surfers paradise with public transport). A bit to my surprise, there was vaping inside the house which I didn’t like.
