I really enjoyed the bungalow. I would definitely stay again. It’s very nice, clean, and tidy. The rules set by the host are great to keep all guests accountable. I was surprised at all the dishes and Tupperware a guest has at their disposal. It also has a cute outside area to chill, the weather didn’t let me get to enjoy that, it was raining cats and dogs in February when I stayed. They fixed the wifi also while I was there and communicated to me that it may be down for a little bit. Which was great. Cons: Parking can be difficult, it is right in retro row. If you don’t get home before 6 it may be hard to find a spot close. I would also be aware that when it rains the street tends to flood on the south side. Just be aware if you are coming during rainy season try to find a spot on the north side close to the bungalow. If you need to stay in Long Beach this definitely is the place to stay. Very easy to work from home.

Miriam and Matias are wonderful hosts, they are responsive, caring and extremely accommodating. Their place is clean and beautiful, the room where I stayed was very comfortable, they provided lots of clean pillows and blankets. The areas where we had to share, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, were always kept clean and other guests were very polite and respectful.

This was such a great experience! Let’s start from before I even get to the location. Check in instructions + parking circumstances+ what to expect , all were described in great detail as well as everything promoted is the same in person. I stay for about a month and half and had absolutely no issues during my entire stay. Both Miriam and Matias were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if I ever had any questions! I did speak to mostly Miriam and she was so sweet, genuine, warm, welcoming, and an amazing host. The host do not live in the home but do live nearby if any of the roomies needed handy man help. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, amazing baking + cooking equipment. Home was very well furnished and is kept clean. The neighborhood in itself is quiet, calm, safe but yet located in such a fun atmosphere. Grocery stores are right down the road and night life just a minutes away via car.
