Overall we had a nice stay here. The upstairs bathroom shower is very small and impractical to use . the house is pretty old and does not have any upgrades. Some window pans are broken or non operational... The location is awesome. very close to downtown , Balboa park. beaches , restaurants, five star for the location three star for the condition of house

Pedro’s & Natalie’s Airbnb was just right for my friends and I for a quick weekend. Shortly after we arrived one of the toilets stopped working though they reached out to maintenence and he came within minutes! Thank you again for taking care of that as soon as possible. Beds were comfy, nice AC along with fans in each room, quiet area, close to the city though not walking distance to much. Nice to have a parking spot and simple check in/check out instructions. Kitchen/bathrooms could use cleaning supplies, hand soap, and extra kitchen rags considering we are to clean and dry our own dishes. kitchen a bit small for multiple people but manageable overall, my friends and I enjoyed our time in the airbnb, thanks!

Great place! Nice area, only thing is parking can be difficult if someone parks behind you. Over all the place was comfy and just like the pictures! Pedro and Natalie were very responsive and communicative

This is an older home, so don't expect fancy. This place was spot on for us as we basically just slept there. Very close to so many things to including 3 beaches! We loved our time there!
