We stayed for 1 night at this place. Place is good as shown in the pictures. Facility is too bad. Too many cockroaches in the entire building. Maintenance is too bad. There was no water during our stay. We complained more than 3 times. Sofas are too bad there are too many cockroaches inside sofa. Washroom was not clean at all. AC was not working when we checked in. We couldn’t enjoy in Balcony as its surrounded by men’s PG on both the side. It was too uncomfortable. Be booked the place because of its balcony but it was waste. Expected a better service for the cost we paid.

It was an amazing stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The host was always responsive and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The place is easily accessible.

The stay was good. The apartment is look same as photo. It has all the cooking utensils available in the kitchen. Best place to get together with 6-10 people. But bed is available for 6 people only. More than that you need to adjust on sofa. Rooms and rest rooms were clean as 5 star hotel. Also, there is no secured car parking area but there is ample space infront of the building to park. Overall I recommend this to everyone and also will book again for our next get together.

Ganesh was very responsive. We got very quick response for every message we have send him. Their service is too good. We did a late check in(at 11.30) and the team was available at that time too to receive us. Thank you. Sepcial thanks to Rafiq too. He was very supportive its a wonderful stay n we enjoyed. U get the swiggy instamart delivered within 5 mins at midnight too.
