First visit to Aruba. I read a lot of reviews before I went. Trip was for 4 days 3 nights. From Airport I stopped at SuperFoods and shopped lightly for basics for a few days. Upon check in Office Manager Denny was great and he had the time to take a moment and show me around from Palm Beach down through Eagle. Had a really good conversation also with Jamie. Staff was very friendly as was all the locals I came across. For this visit I was really looking for a quiet beach experience. I think the time year was particularly good. It was exactly what I was looking for as the beach area at the south of Eagle Beach around the Coco Loco Beach Bar was just right, beautiful beach with perfect water temp and not very crowded. All you need is right there and walkable, low rise buildings though close enough for nightlife and many choices for relaxed beach bars. Will definitely be going back and staying at Franklin's. Didn't venture around rest of Island though will look at that on my next visit.

Pros: the host was very responsive to my questions. Good price for the quality and location. Cons: wifi didn’t work for a day when I really needed it. But they fixed it the next day evening. Some of the soaps were very watery and I had to pump five times to wash my hands. Overall would recommend.

Cozy, clean spot to stay while enjoying Aruba. Dani was very friendly and super helpful, made accommodations for us to enjoy extra time be in Aruba because we didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

The place was wonderfully clean and Denny the cohost was there to help us in with last minute assistance. The apartment had everything we needed. The hottub did not seem accessible to us in our unit because it was on a balcony conected to another unit. But we had access to the rooftop deck which has a great view of everything. We timed a 13 minute walk to Eagle Beach.

This place was great! The location is wonderful, a very short walk from the beach and a great little beach bar. The host was very responsive, we were able to get extra towels and other items on short notice. Great price and overall experience!
