We spent 2 nights at this place. Overall a comfortable Airbnb except for a few areas of improvement- The pantry is well stocked. We don’t cook on holidays so this wasn’t a big issue. But we would have liked to see more than 2 tsp of coffee in the Nescafé jar. You are required to wash, dry and put away all the dishes or you might get changed $200 extra cleaning fees, which is absolutely absurd as you’re already paying cleaning fees via Airbnb. No tissue boxes supplied and there were only a few sheets left on the paper towel roll so we had to buy some ourselves. The bathroom is massive and beautiful but not very functional. We had to mop the floor after every shower as it’s a poorly designed shower. The garage door got stuck once we opened it to park our car. Was reported to the property manager who very promptly responded. Overall a good stay, and the agents are responsive and easy to deal with.

Fairly basic but good value for the price paid. Lots of clean towels, kitchen was well equipped, pantry and fridge staples provided as well as cleaning products etc. Great back yard for the kids to play, nice ocean views from the main bedroom. We were planning to use our phones to provide internet as there is no wifi as stated on the listing, however when we got to Warrnambool we had no phone service (with Vodafone) was actually good for the kids to have a holiday without internet access! But would be happy to pay extra for wifi.

The house it’s self was beautiful. Luke was so great to communicate requests with. However a little disappointing there was no wi-Fi available. And possibly the towel supply could be a little more generous, a cloth bath mat would also be appreciated. The master bed was however very comfortable!! Would definitely stay again!! :) Thanks Luke.
