This place is super nice, I felt at home gave me lots of closet place, rooms are big, kitchen nice, yard is super big nice neighborhood and owner made us feel at home. we will be back.

Location was great and very clean we stayed for a week for work and Mr.Grayson was very helpful and friendly would recommend and would stay again!

The code given to get into the home was wrong. Im not sure how I got the door open, but we got in. We read the welcome book and the code in the welcome book was wrong for the lock on the door and the internet. Shortly after we arrived the host just came over and showed us how to do the TV's and then replaced batteries in one of the remotes. Then, he gave us the correct wifi password. He was very, very nice, but why not replace the remotes PRIOR to your guests arriving? Also, why haven't you updated your house manual with the correct information and remote instructions? The house was not dirty, but it wasn't exactly clean either. Surfaces needed to be wiped off. It was mainly dust etc..It appears to me that the home is not used much and is forgotten about. There is a $200 cleaning fee, but I did not receive a home that had $200 worth of cleaning. There was no detergent for the washing machine. There are no bolts on the toilet to keep it stable so it moves/rocks when you sit down

Excellent host, beautiful home. A really nice place to stay when visiting Greenwood. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This was my first experience with rentals. Host was great and helped with a couple issues. It was a wonderful experience. Had everything as advertised. Will do this again.
