Wow! Best Airb&b! House, was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. House was beautiful and fun, with game room and plenty of space. Everything was like brand new. Hosts provide buckets and tools for collecting crystals on their property. Beautiful private and serene countryside property. We found some amazing crystals. Was such a perfect place to watch the rare total solar eclipse, and the hosts even left us an eclipse poster as a souvenir! Who does that? We will definitely reserve this next time we come back to visit family. This place is absolutely perfect and worth every penny. We already miss it! Wow!

Our stay was great! Brian and Colleen were extremely nice and responsive. The house is very nice with a great porch and the property is really big and fun to explore. When we arrived we noticed and appreciated how quiet it was. It is very close to all the stuff we wanted to do and see like crystal hunting (they had buckets and tools available for us to use which was awesome), Hot Springs, and hikes in Ouachita National Forest. One thing I particularly liked was the amenities and labels throughout the house which took the guessing out of how to use the shower and which light switch went to what. We would definitely stay again!

We needed a quiet retreat while in town for a funeral. The space was quiet, well maintained, and had excellent spaces for quiet moments. The space was updated, clean, and had all we needed including a record player with some amazing old records. I would highly recommend the Grotto!

First road trip with two babies and could have not gone any better! Plenty of space and very kids friendly. The little kitchen in the lake room was a total hit with our 2 year old daughter and the high chair worked perfect for our baby. We did a good hike with a stroller around the area and was just perfect. Look out for the deer surrounding the house in the morning 🥰.
