Very thankful for Joe and Megan working with us. A lot of things didn’t go as planned and we were so close to canceling the trip. The cabin is in a perfect spot, definitely recommend 4wd if it’s rainy/snowing.

We had an incredible time at Joe & Megan's mountain home!!! We've stayed at Joe & Megan's beach place, so we already knew they were fantastic hosts, but this home was above and beyond what we expected! The views were stunning, the house was perfect, and the location was 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee, creamer, spices, and everything you might need to cook a meal overlooking the mountains. The king bed was very comfortable and we spent many nights sitting by the warmth of the fireplace or out on the deck with the fire table. We also enjoyed several meals at the convenient picnic table on the deck and lounged for hours on the Adirondack chairs and fun swing chair. The location is private with only one house in view, but still close enough to town if you want to venture out. The deck even had a gate so we could safely let our dog relax with us on the porch without having to worry about him getting away. Do not hesitate to book this home! We will definitely be back!!!

Joe was very responsive in communicating and allowed a later check out because we got snow all day on the day prior to our check out. I was a little concerned about the driveway situation, but you are able to drive up the 0.7 mile road and then park at the top of the steep driveway and walk down to the house if you prefer not to attempt it. The house has beautiful views and is very comfortable!

Great stay at this wonderful cabin. It was our second and we hope not the last. It’s our happy place, so quiet and peaceful and pet friendly. Grateful!
