Easy to discribe - cozy, very stylish, spacious, clean and everything in walkable distance or even by bike. Feels like a perfect holiday place (or home). Michael is a very good host. If I return it would be my first adress in St.Augustine:) Thx Michael

The townhouse is conveniently located. There are great restaurants and things to do nearby. It's around a 15 minute walk to the edge of historic of the restaurant/business area and around a 30 minute walk to the heart of St George Street. We travel with our dogs and the house was pet friendly. It has a fully fenced yard. I loved that they provided robes as well as the usual AirBnb amenities.

Place was great and looked like the picture except one where I thought we could see water from the balcony. It did rain one day and the yard in the back was pretty flooded so beware. Also we did break one glass and reported immediately and the price was $8 so use plastic just in case. Otherwise place was great, comfortable and close to everything.

Had a great trip! Loved the back yard and being able to grill out. Spacious home with tons of amenities. Close to everything. Will definitely rent again!

We loved our stay! The welcome water, wine and Hershey kisses were a welcome treat. The fenced in back yard was awesome for our dog. We enjoyed our daily walks into downtown. Very little traffic noise. The house was very well appointed. We utilized the beach chairs which were great! We didnt spend much time in the backyard but there were lots of things to do (fire pit, corn hole, bikes, a giant connect four!) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted. Very modern but comfortable decor and vibe. Michael was the most helpful and responsive host. I definitely recommend!
