Grace and her young son Andrew were friendly and accommodating. No questions left unanswered. She seemed invested in us as if longtime friends. Recommendations made were spot on and she made sure we happy from beginning to end of our stay.

Grace and Andrew were the perfect hosts. So friendly and attentive. My mom and I were comfortable and had a great night of sleep. Nice conversation with Grace over fruit and coffee in the morning. We would definitely go back if in the area again.

This was my second very nice stay with Grace. I highly recommend her site both because of the amenities, but also because of the family's kindness and careing. Due to a family situation, I needed to change my dates. Grace was very accommodating both prior to my arrival and during my stay. Her home is peaceful, clean and definitely has the amenities noted. Sometimes I ate breakfast there, and at other times I was up and out quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and has nice greenspaces and walking areas. I look forward to my next opportunity to stay with Grace! Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Grace and her son were excellent hosts, A+++++++. The room was large, the bathroom private as stated, and the location excellent. But best of all, in the limited amount of time we crossed paths, our time shared was a blessing! I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the area!

Grace and Andrew are incredible. They were very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. If I can give 10 star I would without no 2nd thought. I would 100% recommend to stay.
