No mirror. No fan and it was extremely hot. I had to ask around for fan. Advertising should inform client that the establishment is situated between contractors accommodation. There was drinking and fighting on premises with broken glass bottles on the gravel where I had to ride. Contractors come in late at night and leave early morning causing noise.

I had 2 of my workers stay at Colin's place, after their check out I asked if I could extend their stay, it was all good and well my guys were then moved to another room, all they complained about was the spiders all over the room and that they hardly slept. On day 7 of them still being there I got a message from Colin stating that he wants his money, I tried negotiating with him that I will make payment as soon as my moeny reflects in my account, he was not hearing anything l, this exact words to me was "pay my money and make me happy, even if you have to borrow it from friend and family this is not up for discussion" he then agreeded that my guys could stay a day or 2 extra until he receives his money but they will not be able to leave the premises with the company vehicle which meant my guys would not be able to work, no work no pay. I then eventually got hold of the moeny , and got my guys to check out after work as we were being charged for dstv, water and electricity.
