In general, the house is nice, but I wanted to cancel the 3rd night due to an urgent request, I asked for the money back, it was not accepted, the payment was not made, everything was fine except for this annoying thing.

Great instructions on finding the place and getting inside. Super clean and comfortable. Great hosts who are proactive and responsive! If you're looking to stay in the capital district without being in the city, this is your place!

Great spot in Slingerlands right next to a wonderful walking trail. The house is well appointed and very clean.

We rented John’s place for 11 months after a tree crushed our house. The apartment was right in our neighborhood which made it very convenient to keep an eye on the reconstruction. The apartment became a second home for us. John was very accommodating and communicative. He was always available if we’re had any questions or issues. Having lived in the neighborhood for 30 years, I can tell you that the location is awesome. There is a nice view of the park and the rail trail is amazing. You’re also only minutes from downtown Albany. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.

Clean and spacious accommodations. John was very responsive to any questions I had. He always responded within a reasonable amount of time. Great place.
