Marcos is a great host very responsive. place is clean all the amenities you need. Very quiet neighborhood. plenty of parking a fenced yard and driveway gate. close to stores close to skiing. Really enjoyed our stay.

All was good. Very responsive. It was exactly the way it was described. Marco was a great host I would definitely stay again. The location was great to get to the mountains to ski or board.

Not “Cozy” or clean. When we arrived the heater was turned off and the house was 40 degrees inside. The kitchen cabinets/drawers were dirty. The garbage disposal was missing the protective splash guard. The dish drying mat was dirty. The coffee carafe had not been cleaned. The back room had a mouse trap in it. There were no wash rags in the bathroom or in the spare closet. The towels under the bathroom sink were sitting in spilled Comet. We couldn’t trust the cleanliness of the towels. One was stained and had holes in it. It looked more like a shop towel. The soap dispenser was battery operated and wasn’t working. It was midnight when we got there so we slept, got up, packed up and left. We told Marcus our issues and that we were checking out and wouldn’t be returning. Airbnb refunded the nights stays but Marcus refused to refund the cleaning fees and other fees. Marcos claims other guests have been happy with his home. I can’t imagine how that could possibly be so.

Marcos was extremely responsive whenever we contacted him. We were looking for a private home near family and this filled our need. Check in was very easy with clear instructions for check in. Be aware the bathroom is located inside one of the bedrooms which we missed when booking. All-in-all it suited our needs for our short stay. Thank you to Marcos for making us feel at home.
