Great location and great service! The host went out of the way to ensure Wi-fi service was restored on a Sunday after the lines got cut due to a tree fall. Rally appreciate the responsiveness Pros: 1. Location - right off the Loop road but still remote enough to stay away from the crowds at Yercaud town 2. Very friendly and helpful staff. 3. Spacious bungalow that can easily accommodate a big group (we were 7). 4. Cooking staff accommodated our dietary requests at all times. 5. Host/owner available on the phone at all times to clarify issues/questions Cons: 1. One room had a musty smell with some mold on the walls. Will be good if the host fixes this.

We have been to Yercaud multiple times. So wanted to explore the lesser-visited side of Yercaud and narrowed down on this place. The place is set amidst a large plantation and the only sound you hear are the birds. We counted about 10+ unique bird calls during the stay. Do not miss having a stroll around the plantation and the small stream flowing through the property. The biggest highlight is the chance to see Indian Bisons up close within the plantation. There is a herd of them making this plantation their home. Another important asset for this property is the caretaker, Siva who is on his toes to help and make the guests comfortable. You get to try some simple homecooked food during the stay by the plantation helpers. Remember, the stay is the owner's ancestral home and it shows age. But while you are in the middle of abundant nature, that should not matter.
