Stayed in April 2024. Early luggage drop-off was allowed which was very helpful. Ranjit is friendly and responds to messages quickly. There is full kitchen use which was very nice. There are also two toilets so no worries about waiting to use one. The location is about a 10 min walk to a train station, and another 10 minutes (via U2 or U5) into the center of Munich. When I was there, there were a few guests with short stays in the other room, so it was a little spooky coming back to a different person in the unit. From what I hear though, the other room is usually occupied by a long-term tenant who just happened to be away when I was there. Bring an eye mask if you prefer to sleep in the dark, since the blinds have a light colour. Similarly, bring earplugs, since you can hear sounds from inside the unit (but not sounds outside the unit). Very nice perk to have Netflix (and possibly other streaming services) on the TV in the living room! Internet speed was very quick as well.

The place is convenient, has everything you need and is clean. There is another room in the place also being rented to travelers, and my door could not be locked which made me a little nervous since I was a woman alone. Ranjit was very helpful
