I have stayed at a lot of super host properties and this property does not stand up to those standards. I couldn’t use the dishes as they were all dirty and in the dish washer. I couldn’t even run the dishwasher as there was no detergent. The floors were not swept and there were stains on the couch. If you are a larger person don’t sit at the dining table. The mattress in the bedroom is too big for the frame and if you are someone who moves in your sleep you will fall off. The street parking is horrible because you will be parking where the homeless sleep. The floors had glittery stars from the last guest. Then beware when you go to check out the host wants you to do the cleaning for them. And the email says if you don’t they will charge you a fee of 200+. THEY SHOULD NOT BE A SUPERHOST

We checked in and noticed that it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest (not sure how long it was in-between, dish washer had a smell to it). The bed was half made. Dirty towels. A syringe was found (could have been a diabetic). Overall felt unsanitary. We immediately communicated via Airbnb and had no response for awhile. We ended up calling the number provided and got “Cayson’s assistant”. He said their cleaner must not have made it and he was going to coordinate with them to come over straight away. An hour passed and we heard nothing. We booked this place for a concert so we were on a limited timeframe and couldn’t wait any longer. We didn’t feel comfortable getting ready there so we ended up leaving and finding a hotel ($100 more than the cost of this place). Still no refund or helpful info, other than the automated emails. I’m sure this place is fine when cleaned. Communication was terrible, I use Airbnb all the time and never had such a poor communication experience.
