Walk to BOA Stadium, Uptown, restaurants, pubs, breweries, & more. Frazier Park is only STEPS away. Peaceful & centrally-located, this GEM has everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, memory foam bed, Smart TV, washer/dryer, and a cute front porch to sit back & enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine! This is the front 1/2 of the main house, private entrance and space! Great for solo travelers, couples! The main house has a 1 bed/1 bath up front with another 1 bed/1bath directly behind this unit, and a TINY house in back of the main house. Rent one, two, or all three. A small front porch with table/2 chairs and patio lighting for sitting back and relaxing! Living room/kitchen area is an open space. Kitchen has all the inventory you need to cook full meals! Rangetop/Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer. The living room has a SmartTV and brand new furnishings for your comfort. Bedroom - Queen memory foam mattress, large wardrobe, and en-suite full bathroom. Door leading to shared laundry space. This space separates the front/back unit. There is a SHARED laundry space that has a stackable washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy to find. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Loved walking to the stadium and downtown and then to the park. Thank you Shirley for a great place to stay.

Great cozy place to stay for one night or long term with a fantastic location. Shirley is wonderful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Uptown Charlotte!

Great location in Charlotte; located next to greenway trail and nearby dogpark. Easy to walk to downtown and other nearby locations! Shirley was quick to respond and helpful! Overall a great stay in Charlotte!

WALKABLE to everything UPTOWN, BOA (Panthers) stadium, TRUIST field, restaurants, breweries, pubs, shopping, and MORE!!! Just minutes to the South End, NoDa, or Plaza Midwood!!!! The neighborhood is old mixed with new. Cute historic bungalow homes with brand new townhomes sprinkled in!!! Street parking is available, but the streets are narrow. Please GO SLOW!!!! The house is steps away from Frazier Park where part of Charlotte's Irwin Creek Greenway runs through. The park has peaceful settings, creek side trails, a playground for kids, and a dog park. You can also find basketball and tennis courts, as well as soccer and football fields
