It was great, my only concern was how the swimming pool was used for commercial purposes and hence too much noise and mess. The whole place looked messy and water everywhere. I think if the place is for a different purpose it must be controlled by the caretaker. You can’t have your peace of mind on weekends.

This is a great budget place if you want a very lived-in, homey feel. I had a comfortable stay and ended up extending my stay. Positives: The host is nearby and helpful. The generous space meant excellent noise isolation room-to-room, a big plus. The rainfall shower has great pressure and is relaxing. Most amenities described were present. What I wish I had known: While the pool allows some public access, any noise remains outside. We didn't use it. There is no "washing machine" as listed; we used the host's which wasn't ideal. You need to buy your own water for the dispenser. The hot tub needs manual effort to function properly so we didn't use it. The kitchen and toilet areas are quite lived-in and older in style. Functionally they served their purpose, but could use updates. As I was mostly out and about, the drawbacks didn't affect my stay. For guests seeking generous, budget-friendly space, it works fine as an affordable home base. Worth your stay. Worth coming back to.
