Town Space is a Service apartment property situated at Moulivakkam, near Porur. Each apartment has two bedrooms (120 sq.ft each) with a big living room and a kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with attached bath. The living cum dining hall has a sofa and dining table arrangement suitable to accommodate 4 to 6 guests. The kitchen is provided with an induction stove and basic utensils like pressure cooker, tawa and a pan. We are ready to provide gas cylinders (on additional cost) for long stays, if the guest wishes to self cook. The property is located in a residential area and is spacious enough for a family of 4 to 6. The basic price mentioned is for a single bedroom. To unlock 2 bedrooms, please select 4 guests. We have air conditioned bedrooms and the apartment is furnished with a sofa and dining table. The kitchen is provided with basic utensils, kettle and an induction stove. Gas cylinder and stove can also be arranged for long stay guests. We donot provide complimentary breakfast. We donot provide any room service. Guests are welcome to order food via swiggy or zomato. We also provide basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) with a clean towel.
