This is an excellent airbnb at Avida Towers Riala. The best one I have stayed at in here in Cebu. The host is extremely accommodating and very welcoming. I have stayed in the same Avida complex before in other Towers and many different apartments nearby in IT Park over time. Claver's studio is really exceptional. Everything is well thought out and he has designed the space with travelers in mind. Excellent cleanliness, nice furnishings, all desired appliances, water cooler, and comfy beddings that make you feel at home. Internet was also great at about 200 mbps. You can definitely tell that this owner really cares and maintains the space. It really was a wonderful experience. Location is superb across the street from the 7/11. Laundry shop at the ground level of the building too. Lastly, Ayala mall a short 2 minute walk with lots of food choices and things to do. I will be back and stay here again.

Amazing experience! This is the second time I've stayed here and it's always a fantastic experience. The host has excellent communication skills, the apartment is perfect for a long stay. I can't fault this place in any way and will continue to come back here, thank you Claver for everything :)

My second time to book this place in a span of 2 weeks when I was in Cebu. As always, the host/s were very pleasant to communicate with. They have a new shower installed when I came back and it was really nice. And I really appreciate it when Mr. Claver called and properly gave the instructions on how to operate the shower. Definitely, I will book this place when I come back to Cebu and recommend them to my friends.

We had a comfortable stay at Leonora’s place! The room was cozy, clean and very homey, even better than the pictures! The host was responsive & accommodating as well! Thank you very much! Highly recommend!
