My son & I took a trip to visit the Purdue campus. Cedric's place was perfect for us as we were able to walk everywhere we needed to on campus. The house was comfortable and well appointed. Cedric was very responsive and welcoming. Being just the two of us, it was more house than we needed, but would be fabulous if you had a larger family. I would note that given the older nature of the home the wooden floors were quite creaky, so if you have small children or light sleepers it could be a factor. Was not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend the home to anyone visiting Purdue.

We loved our last minute stay at Cedric's place - the location is extremely convenient to Purdue (walking distance to campus) as well as to many restaurants and activities in both Lafayette and West Lafayette. The house was immaculate and so spacious, with good sized bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and a massive family room. The yard is fully fenced with mature trees, lovely landscaping and a spacious patio. We appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the attached garage. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed, including a Keurig coffee maker. The primary bathroom was huge, with heated floors and double vanities. The towels, toiletries and bed linens were all of the quality you would expect from a hotel. Lastly, Cedric was extremely communicative and responsive throughout our stay, letting us know about local sites to see and even stopping by the house with a home made chocolate cake that we really enjoyed!
